In course of the research there were compared relative weights of trout females and males body parts from two populations adapted to the conditions of Belarus generated from the genetic material imported to Belarus. As a result of realized research there were revealed that imported to Belarus and grown in a cage farms of the republic the population of rainbow trout of breed Adler amber and trout of Danish origin had a higher growth rate, accelerated puberty. The relatively high rate of maturation was observed in female of trout populations from Adler amber. Sexual dimorphism was set by indoor signs. Males were characterized by large relative to the weight of the head, gills, fins, compared to females, and females above the relative weight of the carcass. On these signs a statistically significant difference was set. Sexual development of two-year-old males was more evenly. The high variability in terms of the development of the gonads, especially females showed promising breeding with populations adapted to the conditions of Belarus trout in the direction of increasing of its fertility. Trout, breeding in the country, had a high nutritional value due to increased output of the edible parts of the body (carcass).
