Innovations in agriculture: problems of introduction and development prospects

В статье проанализированы проблемы использования инноваций в сельскохозяйственном производстве Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации, рассмотрены основные направления активизации инновационного процесса в аграрной отрасли республики, включающие механизм сокращения коммерческих рисков при внедрении инноваций, создание сети информационно-консультационных служб, осуществление мониторинга эффективности инновационного развития отрасли.

English. The article analyzes the problems of using of innovations in the agriculture of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. Among the most important problems the following have been detected: high cost of innovations and low level of paying capacity of agricultural enterprises, low information awareness of agricultural producers and deficiency of consulting services, lack of qualified employees, high commercial risks of innovations implementation. For the solving of the problem the main directions of the enhancement of innovations in the agriculture of the republic, including the mechanism of reducing commercial risks with introduction of innovations, creation of a network of consultancy services, monitoring the effectiveness of the innovative development of the branch have been discussed. The scheme of innovations’ implementation in milk-producing branch has been presented. The illustration of evaluation of innovative development of dairy branch of agricultural enterprise has been suggested. Estimation of productive and economic efficiency of innovative development of separate agricultural enterprise has been made. The methods suggested in the article outline the most important direction of innovations’ development in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus and allow efficient evaluation of future innovative technologies.
