Theories of labour motivation: approaches, classification and peculiarities

Проведен анализ классических теорий мотивации труда. На основании проведенных исследований рассмотрены содержательные и процессуальные теории, выделена отдельная группа теорий мотивации, основанных на отношении человека к труду. Отражены преимущества и недостатки теорий мотивации труда, выявлена между ними взаимосвязь. В экономической науке сформулировано множество теорий мотивации, которые направляют действия менеджеров на построение эффективной системы мотивации в организации. Задачей руководства организации является выбор наиболее приемлемых факторов, влияющих на проектировав и реализацию такой системы стимулирования персонала, которая будет удовлетворять целям организации и предпочтениям ее сотрудников. Целенаправленное воздействие на мотивационную структуру личности может существенно изменить трудовое поведение работника. Осуществляя такое воздействие, необходимо искать индивидуальный подход к каждому работнику, а не использовать традиционные модели и схемы. Результаты проведенного исследования показали, что эффективность мотивации персонала мало зависит от состояния теоретической разработки проблемы. Более важным является уровень развития трудовых отношений, культуры менеджмента и предприятия в целом. Ни одна, даже самая совершенная теория, сама по себе не способна устранить проблемы и противоречия в стимулировании труда, для этого необходима ежедневная целенаправленная практическая работа руководителей.

English. In a course of the research there were studied classical theories of labour motivation. On the basis of conducted research, there were examined substantive and procedural theories, established a separate group of theories of motivation based on the relation of humans to labour. There were shown the advantages and disadvantages of labour motivation theories, and identified the relationship between them. In economic science many theories of motivation are formulated, which guide the actions of managers to build an effective system of motivation in the organization. The task of the management of the organization is to select the most appropriate factors affecting the design and implementation of such a system of personnel incentives that will meet the organization&#039

s labor behavior. Carrying out such an impact, it is necessary to seek an individual approach to each employee, rather than using traditional models and schemes. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of staff motivation depends little on the state of theoretical development of the problem. More important is the level of development of labor relations, management culture and enterprise as a whole. None, even the most perfect theory, in itself is able to eliminate problems and contradictions in the stimulation of labor, this requires a daily, purposeful practical work of leaders.
