Исследованы основные показатели деятельности организации пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности как на внутреннем, так и внешних рынках, рассмотрена динамика экспорта и импорта по основным видам пищевой продукции. Предложены основные мероприятия по повышению эффективности функционирования организаций пищевой промышленности в условиях инновационного развития. На данном этапе перерабатывающая и пищевая промышленность Республики Беларусь характеризуется положительной динамикой развития. Основными приоритетами развития перерабатывающей и пищевой промышленности являются: создание современных технологий глубокой промышленной переработки сельскохозяйственного сырья, развитие действующих и создание новых сырьевых зон, необходимых для стабильного обеспечения предприятий сырьевыми ресурсами. На перспективу ставится задача продолжения процесса интеграции в АПК, в котором опережающий рост получат сферы переработки, хранения, транспортировки и доведения сельскохозяйственной продукции до потребителя, а также высококачественная пищевая промышленность.

In a course of the research there was studied the main indicators of activity of organizations of food and processing industry, both at domestic and foreign markets, the dynamics of exports and imports according to the main types of food products. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were suggested the basic measures to improve the efficiency of functioning of food industry organizations in conditions of innovative development. At this stage, the processing and food industries of the Republic of Belarus are characterized by positive development dynamics. The main priorities for the development of the processing and food industries are: the creation of modern technologies for deep industrial processing of agricultural raw materials, the development of existing and the creation of new commodity zones necessary for the stable provision of raw materials to enterprises. In the future the task is to continue the process of integration in the agro-industrial complex, in which the spheres of processing, storage, transportation and delivery of agricultural products to the consumer, as well as high-quality food industry, will outrun growth.
