Analysis and prospects of development of fruit and vegetable sub-complex of agro-industrial complex

Russian. Реформирование агропромышленного комплекса внесло значительные изменения в экономические условия функционирования плодоовощного подкомплекса, что привело к принципиально новым отношениям между производителями и потребителями продукции, снижению уровня потребления населения плодов, ягод и овощей. Проанализировано развитие плодоовощного подкомплекса Республики Беларусь, а также сформулированы основные требования к устойчивому его развитию. Основной задачей для предприятий, входящих плодоовощной подкомплекс АПК, в настоящее время является загрузка существующих производственных мощностей, выпуск востребованной продукции, имеющей импортозамещающую и экспортоориентированную направленность, обеспечение окупаемости вложенных в модернизацию финансовых средств. При этом важно использовать следующие принципы: совершенствование организационно-экономического механизма хозяйствования, формирование материально-технической базы, развитие кооперации и интеграции, оптимизация участников рынка, разработка и освоение эффективных, экологически безопасных технологий, а также создание необходимых социальных условий работникам.

English. In a course of the research there was studied fruit and vegetable sub-complex of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. Reformation of agro-industrial complex has made a significant change in economic conditions of functioning of fruit and vegetable sub-complex, which led to a fundamentally new relationship between producers and consumers, and reduction of the level of consumption of fruits, berries and vegetables by households. As a result of realized research there was revealed the development of fruit and vegetable sub-complex in the Republic of Belarus, and formulates the main requirements for the sustainable development of it. Now the main task for the enterprises of the fruit and vegetable subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex is the loading of existing production capacities, the release of demanded products that have an import-substituting and export-oriented direction, ensuring the payback of the funds invested in the modernization. At the same time, it is important to use the following principles: improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of management, formation of the material and technical base, development of cooperation and integration, optimization of market participants, development and adoption of effective, environmentally safe technologies, and creation of the necessary social conditions for workers.
