Features of forming, functioning and development prospects of regional market of milk (on example of Gomel area)

Изучены ключевые направления развития молочной отрасли, проведен сравнительный анализ функционирования предприятий молочной отрасли Гомельской области, проведен комплексный анализ структуры исследуемого рынка, проанализированы спрос и предложения, намечены основные направления развития рынка молока страны на 2015 год. Резюмируя вышеизложенное, необходим отметить, что молочная отрасль, ориентированная на экспорт в современных условиях, так и в перспективе, развивается и будет развиваться в дальнейшем динамично. Первоочередной задачей государственной экономической политики в области молочной отрасли должно стать осуществление комплекса мероприятии по активизации процессов повышения конкурентоспособности молочных продуктов на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, формирование сбалансированной структуры производства, повышение внутреннего потребления молока и молокопродуктов населением Беларуси. Все это в комплексе будет способствовать формированию адекватного и гибкого функционирования производства и сбыта молочной продукции, конкурентоспособности белорусских предприятий и национальной экономики в целом.

In a course of the research there were studied the key trends of development of suckling industry, the comparative analysis of functioning of enterprises of suckling industry of the Gomel urea was conducted, the complex analysis of structure of the investigated market was conducted, demand and supplies were analyzed, basic directions of development of country market of milk were set on 2015. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the dairy industry, oriented to export in modern conditions, and in the long term, develops and will develop further dynamically. The primary goal of the state economic policy in the dairy sector should be the implementation of a complex event to intensify the processes of increasing the competitiveness of dairy products in the domestic and foreign markets, creating a balanced production structure, and increasing the domestic consumption of milk and dairy products by the population of Belarus. All this in the complex will contribute to the formation of adequate and flexible functioning of the production and marketing of dairy products, the competitiveness of Belarusian enterprises and the national economy as a whole.
