The risk situation in the strategic management of the agricultural production

Наиболее перспективное видение систематизации рисков состоит в их комплексном рассмотрении с учетом развития экономики аграрных организации по группам событий в условиях неопределенности, которые могут быть представлены как субъективное управленческое решение и объективное сочетание факторов риска в структурированном виде, что является основой их типизации для решения задач стратегического менеджмента. Исследованиями установлено, что риск как единичное явление не может быть объектом качественного управления и планирования без рассмотрения его в определенной системе, названной в данных исследованиях как риск-ситуация, которая относится к структурированным экономическим явлениям, соответствующим типу экономических явлений с определенными характеристиками взаимосвязей и взаимозависимостей, изменяющихся в определенных границах варьирования результатов, факторов и условий. Риск-ситуация, как элемент систематизации проблем комплексного рассмотрения динамического развития внешних (экзогенных) и (внутренних) эндогенных факторов, их ранжирование, моделирование и прогнозирование при принятии управленческих решений проявляется через особенности аграрного производства и сконцентрированного взаимодействия факторов на стадиях процесса воспроизводства получения сельскохозяйственной продукции и прибыли, т.к. для участников рыночных отношений связь риска и доходности имеет фундаментальное значение.

English. Like most long-term vision is to systematize risk their integrated treatment with the development of economy of agrarian organizations by groups of events in the face of uncertainty, which can be represented as a subjective and objective management decision combination of risk factors in a structured form, which is the basis of their typing to solve problems of strategic management. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was established that risk as a single phenomenon cannot be an object of quality management and planning without considering it in a specific system, called in the studies as a risk situation that relates to structured economic phenomena corresponding to the type of economic phenomena with certain characteristics of interrelations and interdependencies, varying within certain limits of variation of results, factors and conditions. The risk situation as an element of systematization of problems of complex consideration of the dynamic development of external (exogenous) and (internal) endogenous factors, their ranking, modeling and forecasting in making managerial decisions is manifested through peculiarities of agrarian production and concentrated interaction of factors at the stages of the process of reproduction of agricultural production and profit, as for participants in market relations, the link between risk and return is of fundamental importance.
