Установлено, что скармливание цыплятам корма, естественно контаминированного микотоксинами(афлатоксин B1, Т-2 токсин, деоксиниваленол, зеараленон, охратоксин, фумонизины), приводит к выраженной атрофии органов иммунной системы (тимус, фабрициева бурса, селезенка), которая является морфологическим эквивалентом приобретенного иммунодефицита. В скелетных мышцах отмечаются деструкция поперечно-полосатых волокон, серозный отек и слизистая дистрофия соединительной ткани. It is established that the feeding to chickens the forage which is naturally contaminated with mycotoxins (aflatoxin V1, T-2 toxin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, ochratoxin, fumonisins) leads to the expressed atrophy of immune system organs (thymus, bursa Fabricius, spleen), which is the morphological equivalent of acquired immunodeficiency. The skeletal muscles are marked the destruction of striated muscle tissues, to a serious swelling and a mucous dystrophy of a connecting tissue. Immunization of chickens with virus-vaccine against infectious bursal disease amid chronic combined mycotoxicosis does not render significant influence on the morphology of immune system organs and muscular tissue. Application to chickens polyphepanum enterosorbent prevents structural disturbances of immune competent organs and skeletal muscles. The experimental part of work was done in the clinic of epizootiology department and in the Laboratory of department of Pathological Anatomy and Histology of Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine.
