Show more [+] Less [-]prerequisites and effect of stability of social and economic development of the rural administrative region as cluster organization were revealed. As a result of realized research there was revealed that in the creation of sustainable social and economic development of rural administrative district as the cluster organization was necessary to develop it as an interconnected set of agro-industrial, healthcare, educational, cultural and welfare, construction and other social clusters where economically leading role belongs to the agro-industrial cluster, which would create an economic basis as the development of the region as a whole and its constituent other clusters. At the same time the formation of sustainable socio-economic development in rural districts as a cluster organization must be based on our developed conceptual provisions of its software.
