Pathogenicity of the micromycetes dominating on root system in greens cultivated by running hydroponics method in Belarus

Russian. В Беларуси исследования по изучению структуры комплекса возбудителей корневой гнили зеленных культур грибной этиологии ранее не проводились. Изучение патогенности грибов, доминирующих на корневой системе зеленных культур позволит обоснованно подойти к подбору эффективных биопрепаратов на основе микроорганизмов-антагонистов. Доминирующими возбудителями корневой гнили зеленных культур в Беларуси являются микромицеты родов Fusarium, Pythium, Alternaria. В результате изучения их патогенности на корневой системе зеленных культур была отмечена вариабильность патогенных свойств внутри вида. Изоляты комплекса видов гриба F. oxysporum и оомицеты Pythium spp. были отнесены к высоко патогенным, изоляты грибов A. tennuissima к умеренно патогенным, A. alternata и изоляты комплекса видов гриба A. infectoria - к слабо патогенным.

English. In Belarus, a study on the structure of the complex root rot pathogens of green crops of fungal etiology has not been done before. The study of pathogenic fungi dominanting in root system of green crops will allow to realize an efficient selection of biological products on the basis of microbial antagonists. Dominating activators of root rot of greens in Belarus are micromycetes of the genus Fusarium, Pythium, Alternaria. As a result their pathogenicity studying on root system of greens the variability of pathogenic properties in a look was noted. Isolates of a complex of species of a fungus F. oxysporum and oomycetes Pythium spp. were determined as isolates with high pathogenicity, isolates of fungus A. tennuissima as middle pathogenic, A. alternata and isolates of a complex of species of a fungus A. infectoria – as weak pathogenic ones.
