Preemergence herbicides application efficiency for soybean protection on light soils of the southern zone in Belarus

Russian. В статье представлен сравнительный анализ эффективности гербицидов почвенного действия в полевых условиях в двух, географически отдаленных точках южной зоны Беларуси. В задачи исследований входило: оценить влияние препаратов, действующие вещества которых относятся к разным классам химических соединений, на динамику засоренности посевов сои, уточнить видовую реакцию сорных растений на конкретные гербициды, изучить зависимость гербицидной активности от гидротермических условий периода вегетации, выявить возможное фитотоксичное действие гербицидов на культурные растения на почвах легкого механического состава. Биологическая эффективность довсходового применения гербицидов составила 70,2 - 96,3 % в зависимости от препарата, прибавка урожая достигала 7,6 - 13,4 ц/га. Использование всех изучавшихся гербицидов оказалось экономически оправдано.

In the article a comparative analysis of soil-action herbicides efficiency under field conditions in two geographically distant points of Southern zone of Belarus is presented. The objectives of the realized in the Republic of Belarus research were the following: to evaluate the influence of preparations, active substances of which belong to different classes of chemical compounds on the dynamics of infestation of soybean (Glycine max) crops, specify species of weeds reaction to specific herbicides, study the dependence of the herbicidal activity of hydrothermal conditions of the growing season, identify possible phytotoxic effect of herbicides on crops on soils of light texture. The biological efficiency of pre-emergent application of herbicides has made 70,2 – 96,3 % depending on a preparation, yield increase has made 7,6 – 13,4 cwt/ha. The use of all studied herbicides turned out to be economically justified.
