Association of STR-loci of cattle of Belarusian black-motley breed with milk production characteristics

the genetic testing on 11-STR loci of nucleotide sequences of DNA has been carried out and the association of STR-loci has been studied. Studies have shown that animals which have inherited in its genome allelic variants on the STR-loci (174, 179, 181, 189 and 197 of the locus BM1824, 113 and 121 of the locus ETH3, 142, 152, 159, 160 and 161 of the locus TGLA122, 135, 139, 160 and 161 of the locus ETH225, 216, 224, 225, 229 and 231 of the locus ETH10, 129, 130, 138 and 143 of the locus BM2113, 90, 91, 99 and 107 of the locus TGLA227, 151, 160, 163, 169 and 184 of the locus TGLA53, 199, 200, 207 and 226 of the locus INRA023, 109 and 118 of the locus TGLA126, 246, 251 and 262 of the locus SPS115), had preferred genotypes on the genes CSN3AB and BLGBB, which have shown the superiority of milk yields, fat and protein content in milk in comparison with animals of other genotypes.

в научно-исследовательской лаборатории промышленной биотехнологии проведено генетическое тестирование по 11-STR локусам нуклеотидных последовательностей ДНК и изучена ассоциация STR-локусов крупного рогатого скота белорусской черно-пестрой породы с признаками молочной продуктивности. Проведенные исследования показали, что животные, унаследовавшие в своем геноме аллельные варианты по STR-локусам (174, 179, 181, 189 и 197 локуса BM1824, 113 и 121 локуса ETH3, 142, 152, 159, 160 и 161 локуса TGLA122, 135, 139, 160 и 161 локуса ETH225, 216, 224, 225, 229 и 231 локуса ETH10, 129, 130, 138 и 143 локуса BM2113, 90, 91, 99 и 107 локуса TGLA227, 151, 160, 163, 169 и 184 локуса TGLA53, 199, 200, 207 и 226 локуса INRA023, 109 и 118 локуса TGLA126, 246, 251 и 262 локуса SPS115), имели предпочтительные генотипы по генам CSN3ABи BLGBB, которые проявили превосходство по удою, жирномолочности и содержанию белка в молоке по сравнению с животными других генотипов.
