Selection of cell cultures sensitive to pox virus of sheep

В статье представлены результаты исследования по методике получения первично-трипсинизированных культур клеток почки овцы и тестикул ягненка, их культивированию, а также опыты по подбору наиболее оптимальных условий культивирования перевиваемых линий клеток 3-КГ, ПО (почки овцы) и ЯДК (яичников домашней козы), чувствительных, по литературным данным, к вирусу оспы овец. Исследования проводились в отделе культур клеток и питательных сред и лаборатории биотехнологии РУП &#039

The article presents the results of research on a procedure of reception primarily-trypsinogen cultures of cells of a kidney of sheep and testicles of lamb, their cultivation as well as experiences on selection of the optimal cultivation conditions of intertwined cell lines of 3-KG, KL and ODG, sensitive to a virus of sheep variola. Researches were spent in the department of cell cultures and culture media and laboratory of biotechnology RUE &#039

.In the experiments primary culture of lamb testicles cells (TL) and primary trypsinized culture of sheep kidney cells (KS) were used, and also three transplantable line – 3-GG (gonads of goat), ODG (ovaries of domestic goat) and KS (kidneys of sheep). Empirically it was worked out procedures for preparing and culturing primary trypsinized cell cultures of sheep kidney (KS) and lamb testicles (TL) and also were improved systems of cultivation of transplanted cell cultures 3-GG (gonads of goat), ODG (ovaries of domestic goat) and kidneys of sheep (KS), sensitive to sheep pox virus.

. В опытах использовались первичная культура клеток тестикул ягненка и первично-трипсинизированная культура клеток ПО, а также три перевиваемые линии – 3-КГ (гонады козы), ЯДК и ПО . Опытным путем были отработаны методики получения и культивирования первично-трипсинизированных клеточных культур ПО и тестикул ягненка, а также усовершенствованы системы культивирования перевиваемых культур клеток 3-КГ, ЯДК и ПО, чувствительных к вирусу оспы овец.
