Mexican varieties usage of S. stoloniferum and S. polytrichon at creation of the initial material steady against black eye rot

Russian. В Республике Беларусь в 2008-2014 проведена селекция генофонда картофеля (Solanum tuberosum), устойчивого к фитофторозу (Phytophtora infestans). На основании видов S. polytrichon, S. stoloniferum, S. vernei, S. rybinii и S. andigenum получены перспективные межвидовые гибриды для селекции на фитофтороустойчивостъ. Использование в качестве посредников видов S. vernei, S. andigenum, а также межвидового гибрида S. vernei х S. rybinii позволило получить перспективные исходные формы для селекции. В качестве исходных форм для селекции на фитофтороустойчивость рекомендуются гибриды 190-07-14, 223-07-6 и 94-08-6. Среди гибридов F2 выделен ряд перспективных образцов, устойчивых к фитофторозу в сочетании с другими хозяйственно ценными признаками. По результатам многолетних исследований в 2015 г. выделен перспективный гибрид 69-09-20 с относительно высокой устойчивостью к фитофторозу листьев и очень высокой устойчивостью клубней, хорошими хозяйственными показателями, который рекомендуется в качестве исходной формы для селекции картофеля на фитофтороустойчивостъ.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2008-2014 there was carried out the selection of the gene pool of potato (Solanum tuberosum) resistant to late blight (Phytophtora infestans).On the basis of types of S. polytrichon, S. stoloniferum, S. vernei, S. rybinii and S. andigenum perspective interspecific hybrids for selection on black eye rot resistance are received. The usage of types intermediaries of S. vernei, S. andigenum and also an interspecific hybrid ofS. vernei x S. rybinii allowed to receive perspective initial forms for selection. As initial forms for selection hybrids 190-07-14, 223-07-6 and 94-08-6 are recommended for black eye rot resistance. Among the F2 hybrids there was identified a number of promising samples resistant to late blight in combination with other economically valuable traits. By results of long-term researches in 2015 the perspective hybrid 69-09-20 with rather high resistance to black eye rot of leaves and very high stability of tubers, good economic indicators which are recommended as an initial form for selection of potato on black eye rot resistance is allocated.
