На данном этапе отечественный рынок мясной продукции устойчиво функционирует вследствие созданной достаточно развитой инфраструктуры, характеризуется наличием большого числа производителей, развитыми экономическими отношениями между производителями сырья, переработкой и торговлей, а также развитой государственной политикой в области обеспечения населения мясом и мясной продукцией, как важнейшей составляющей пищевого рациона человека. Приведена классификация факторов и рассмотрено влияние каждой их группы на устойчивое развитие предприятий на рынке мясной продукции, выделены их основные характеристики.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. In a course of the research there was studied sustainable development of companies in meat market. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that at this stage, the domestic market of meat products due to the stable functioning created a well-developed infrastructure, characterized by a large number of producers, development of economic relations between the producers of raw materials, processing and trade, as well as the development of public policy in the field of population for meat and meat products, as an important component of food human diet. There was shown the classification factors and the effect of each of the group on sustainable development of enterprises on the markets of meat products, highlighting their main characteristics.
