Rational development beef cattle based using the performance criteria

На современном этапе развития мясного скотоводства в стране первостепенное значение имеет не столько наращивание вложений в потенциал животных (в виде селекционной работы, сколько рациональное использование всех видов ресурсов и повышение эффективности отрасли в мясном скотоводстве, рост цен на энергоносители, жесткая конкуренция на продовольственном рынке и необходимость обеспечения населения страны необходима мясными проектами собственного производства в широком ассортименте, требуют обоснованных подходов развития отрасли в новых экономических условиях. Показатели эффективности мясного скотоводства (технической, экономической и экономической) взаимосвязаны между собой и изменение отдельного влияет на всю совокупность. Например, повышение среднесуточного прироста повлечет изменение в себестоимости единицы продукции, затратах корма на 1 голову, уровня производства продукции и т.д. Поэтому перед принятием решения о каких-либо изменениях необходимо руководствоваться общим критерием эффективности производства. В контексте изучения проблемы определения целесообразности развития мясного скотоводства в сельскохозяйственных организациях республики предложен коэффициент эффективности, отличием которого является возможность расчета потенциального эффекта от ведения отрасли на основе учета фактически сложившихся условий производства.

At the present stage of development of beef cattle in the country it is of paramount importance not only in the potential investment capacity of animals (in the form of breeding) as the rational use of all kinds of resources and improving the efficiency of the industry. The situation in the beef cattle, the increase in energy prices, stiff competition in the food market and the need to ensure the country’s population needs its own production of meat products in a wide range, demand-based approaches of the industry in the new economic environment. Indicators of the effectiveness of beef cattle (technical, economic and economic) are interrelated and the change in the individual affects the whole population. For example, an increase in the average daily increase will entail a change in the unit cost of production, the cost of feed per head, the level of production, etc. Therefore, before deciding on any changes, one must be guided by the general criterion of production efficiency. In the context of studying the problem of determining the appropriateness of the development of beef cattle breeding in the agricultural organizations of the republic, an efficiency coefficient is proposed, the difference of which is the possibility of calculating the potential effect of conducting the industry on the basis of taking into account the actual conditions of production.
