The peculiarities of substrates with AQUASORB 3005 KB use for plants adaptation under exvitro conditions

Poranna Rosa) plants. The positive tendency in the development of roots and shoots, as well as the increasing of survival rate for grape plants cv. Marshall Fosh were noted after addition of AQUASORB 3005 KB to each type of adaptation substrate. In contrast, negative influence of impurity of AQUASORB 3005 into substrates on survival rate, length of roots and shoots were noted after adaptation of autumn raspberry plants cv. Poranna Rosa. Influence of a hydrogel AQUASORB 3005 KB on substrates suitability and on the development of plants grown up on them needs further studying.

В ходе исследований было изучено влияние гидрогеля AQUASORB 3005 КВ на пригодность субстратов (торфо-перлитная смесь, ионообменный субстрат БИОНА-111 и ионно-перлитная смесь) для адаптации к нестерильным условиям предварительно укорененных in vitro растений-регенерантов винограда сорта Маршал Фош и малины ремонтантной сорта Poranna Rosa. Отмечена положительная тенденция в развитии побегов и корней, а также увеличении приживаемости растений винограда сорта Маршал Фош при добавлении AQUASORB 3005 КВ ко всем видам питательного субстрата. При адаптации растений малины ремонтантной сорта Poranna Rosa выявлено отрицательное влияние примеси гидрогеля AQUASORB 3005 на приживаемость, длину побегов и корней по сравнению с контролем. Влияние гидрогеля AQUASORB 3005 КВ на пригодность субстратов и выращиваемых на них растений нуждается в дальнейшем изучении.
