Optimization of construction and choice of parameters of spring-finger activator of straw walker of grain combine harvester

English. Modern trends in increasing yields of grain and cereal-leguminous crops, while reducing the number of combine harvesters in the Republic of Belarus, lead to the need to intensify the working process of harvesters. Using the technique of experiment planning, it was justified the construction and chosen the parameters of spring-finger activator of grain combine straw walker. To improve the completeness of grain separation from the straw heap, it was determined parameters and mode of operation to ensure maximum total displacement of the end of the fingers. There were presented the main factors affecting the maximum total displacement of the ends of the fingers – 0.3 and 0.5 m, and established the levels of their variation. There were examined static characteristics of linearand nonlinear models of a three-factor experiment for fingers of various lengths. It was obtained a mathematical description of optimization problems for the fingers of a spring-finger activator with a length of 0.3 and 0.5 m.

Современные тенденции повышения урожайности зерновых и зернобобовых культур при одновременном снижении численности комбайнового парка хозяйств Республики Беларусь приводят к необходимости интенсификации рабочего процесса комбайнов. С использованием методики планирования эксперимента обоснована конструкция и выбраны параметры пружинно-пальцевого активатора соломотряса зерноуборочного комбайна. Для повышения полноты выделения зерна из соломистого вороха определены параметры и режим работы для обеспечения максимального суммарного смещения конца пальцев. Приведены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на максимальное суммарное смещение концов пальцев 0.3 и 0.5 м, установлены уровни их варьирования. Рассмотрены статические характеристики линейных и нелинейных моделей трехфакторного эксперимента для пальцев различной длины. Получено математическое описание задач оптимизации дляпальцев пружинно-пальцевого активатора длиной 0.3 и 0.5 м.
