Improvement of methods of management of water regime of drained lands

English. There was described new management methods that allow eliminating the main contradictions in the operation of regulating network for drainage and moistening. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of systems by management means, instead of considerable expenses for their reconstruction. In particular, deviation control allows increasing the distance between control channels, which makes it easier to create different levels in neighboring sections for different control tasks. It is also easier to maintain the required level in control channels due to reduced maximum deviations. This method helps, in cases of reconstruction of irrigation and drainagesystems into bilateral systems, to use, in some cases, the existing drainage network. To implement control by the method of advance control it is necessary to more accurately measure the level of groundwater. A number of transformations have been made, allowing a new look at approaches to regulating groundwater levels.
Show more [+] Less [-]Russian. Описаны новые способы управления, позволяющие устранить основные противоречия при работе регулирующей сетина осушение и увлажнение. Предлагается повышение эффективности работы систем управленческими средствами, вместо значительных затрат на их реконструкцию. В частности, девиационное управление позволяет увеличить расстояние между регулирующими каналами, что дает возможность легче создать разные уровни на соседних участках при разных задачах управления. Легче поддерживается и необходимый уровень в регулирующих каналах из-за уменьшенных максимальных отклонений. Данный способ позволяет в случаях реконструкции гидромелиоративных систем на системы двустороннего действия обходиться, в отдельных случаях, существующей осушительной сетью. Для осуществления управления поспособу управления с предварением необходимо более точно измерять уровень грунтовых вод, что может быть осуществлено. Выполнен ряд преобразований, позволяющих по новому посмотреть на подходы к регулированию уровня грунтовой воды.
