Basing of the main parameters of equipment OVZh-2000 for the application of liquid mineral fertilizers

Russian. Приведены данные о жидких минеральных удобрениях. Освещены результаты исследований по использованию оборудования для внутрипочвенного внесения жидких удобрений в почву. Обоснованы основные параметры оборудования и методики их расчета. Приведены результаты теоретических и экспериментальных исследований. Изготовлен опытный образец машины. В результате проведенных исследований получены следующие результаты: установлено, что использование оборудования для внесения жидких минеральных удобрений ОВЖ-2000 позволяет повысить коэффициент использования питательных веществ на 10-15 %, снизить потери удобрений на 15-20 %, что обеспечивает прибавку урожая зерновых до 4 ц/га, картофеля - до 40 ц/га, обоснованы основные конструктивные параметры оборудования, разработаны методики их расчета, разработаны исходные требования к машине и техническое задание.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. In a course of the research there were studied liquid mineral fertilizers. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Results of research into the use of equipment for subsurface application of liquid fertilizers into the soil were presented. The main parameters of equipment and methods of their calculation were based. The results of theoretical and experimental studies were shown. A prototype of machine was constructed. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the use of equipment for application of liquid fertilizer OVZH-2000 made it possible to increase the utilization of nutrients by 10-15%, decrease the loss of fertilizer by 15-20%, which provided grain harvest increase of up to 4c/ha, potatoes - 40 c/ha, proved the main design parameters of the equipment, developed methods of their calculation and the initial requirements for the machine, the terms of reference.
