Interrelation of alfa-tokoferilkhinona and ubikhinona in the liver of animals with deficiency of vitamin A in the diet

English. Researches have shown that for vitamin E on the basis of the analysis of the phenomenon of hyperreaction (enhancement of growth after its short-term delay) the existence of specific biological function of vitamin E is revealed. Besides, the interrelation between vitamin E and its growth effects has been established. Inverse relation between length of a median cut of the right medial share of a liver and concentration of alfa-tokoferilkhinon in these cuts, and also inverse correlative relation between wakefulness time after a night dream and coefficients of correlation between them is found in hogs and piggies at epidemic parotitis. Interest represents also the correlation between ubikhinol (x) and ubikhinon (y) in the right medial lobe of the liver in a pig slaughtered through 2 hours (direct) and through 4 hours (inverse relationship) after a night sleep. Reorganization of one type to another occurs during 2 hours. All these results are obtained against the background of A-hypovitaminosis.

Исследования показали, что для витамина Е на базе анализа явления гиперреакции (усиление роста после кратковременной его задержки) обнаружено существование специфической биологической функции витамина Е. Помимо этого установлена взаимосвязь между витамином Е и его ростовыми эффектами. Обнаружена обратная зависимость между длиной срединного среза правой медиальной доли печени и концентрацией alfa-токоферилхинона в этих срезах, а также обратная корреляционная зависимость между временем бодрствования после ночного сна и коэффициентами корреляции между ними у боровков и у свинок. Интерес представляет также коррелятивная связь между убихинолом (х) и убихиноном (у) в правой медиальной доле печени у свиньи, убитой через 2 ч (прямая) и через 4 ч (обратная зависимость) после ночного сна. Перестройка одного типа в другой происходит в течение 2 ч. Все эти результаты получены на фоне А-гиповитаминоза.
