Morphologic and biochemical changes in skeletal muscles of broiler chickens when using probiotic Bilavet-C

English. Probiotics are the microbial preparations, which are stabilized cultures of microorganisms possessing antagonistic activity to pathogenic microflora. By the effectiveness of the action, probiotics do not concede to some antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents. Besides, they do not have a harmful effect on the microflora of the digestive tract, they do not contaminate livestock and poultry products and the environment, and i.e. they are environmentally friendly. At the use of probiotics, the percentage of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract decreases, the safety and the growth rate of the live weight of the poultry increases. We studied the influence of probiotic Bilavet-C on morphologic and biochemical data of muscles of broiler chickens (crossing ROSS 308). Under the influence of the probiotic biological value of meat increases, due to enrichment of essential amino acids, and intensity of anabolic processes. The use of probiotic allows you to monitor the direction and speed of metabolism during the cultivation of broiler chickens. The preparation Bilavet-C can be used for timely correction of microbiocenosis and prevention of gastrointestinal diseases in poultry farming.

Russian. Пробиотики – микробные препараты, представляющие собой стабилизированные культуры микроорганизмов, обладающих антагонистической активностью к патогенной микрофлоре. По эффективности действия пробиотики не уступают некоторым антибиотикам и химиотерапевтическим средствам. К тому же они не оказывают губительного действия на микрофлору пищеварительного тракта, не загрязняют продукты животноводства, птицеводства и окружающую среду, т. е. являются экологически чистыми. При применении пробиотиков снижается процент заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта, увеличивается сохранность птицы, темпы прироста живой массы птицы. Изучено влияние пробиотика Билавет-С на морфологические и биохимические показатели мышц цыплят-бройлеров кросса РОСС 308. Под влиянием пробиотика повышается биологическая ценность мяса за счет накопления незаменимых аминокислот и интенсивность анаболических процессов. Применение пробиотика позволяет контролировать направленность и скорость обмена веществ в период выращивания цыплят-бройлеров. Препарат Билавет-С можно использовать для своевременной коррекции микробиоценоза и профилактики желудочно-кишечных заболеваний в птицеводстве.
