Features of late blight during the growing season-2013

Оценено влияние метеорологических условий вегетационного периода на проявление первичных признаков фитофтороза (Phytophthora infestans) картофеля (Solanum tuberosum) и степень его развития на сортах разных групп спелости. Были проанализированы данные оценки гибридов конкурсного сортоиспытания в 2013 г. Метеорологические условия 2013 г. способствовали раннему сроку проявления и сильному развитию фитофтороза, наиболее значительное влияние оказала сумма осадков и неравномерность их выпадения. Количество зараженных клубней напрямую не зависит от показателя устойчивости листьев, однако стоит отметить, что гибриды с наивысшим баллом устойчивости ботвы имеют минимальное количество пораженных фитофторозом клубней, так как именно смыв конидий с надземной части растений и служит источником инфекции. Наибольшая зависимость развития болезни от погодных условий отмечена на сортах Явар и Скарб, что обусловлено невысоким уровнем устойчивости к патогену. На относительно устойчивом сорте Здабытак динамика увеличения процента поражения листьев носила более равномерный характер.

The influence of weather conditions of the vegetative period on manifestation of primary signs of late blight (Phytophthora infestans) of potato (Solanum tuberosum) and extent of its development on grades of different groups of ripeness is estimated. These hybrids estimates of competitive crop variety testing were analyzed in 2013. The meteorological conditions in 2013 promoted to the early expression and stronger development of late blight. The number of infected tubers do not directly depend on the resistance index of leaves, but it is worth noting that hybrids with the highest score of the resistance of the tops have the minimum number of tubers affected by late blight, as the conidia flushing from the aerial part of the plant serves the source of infection. The most significant influence was rendered by the amount of rainfall and the unevenness of fallout of precipitation. The highest dependence of the disease development on the weather conditions was marked at varieties Yavar and Scarb due to the low level of resistance to the pathogen. At a relatively resistant variety Zdabytak the dynamics of increasing of the percentage of infected leaves had more uniform character.
