Creation of initial material of potato steady against Erwinia carotovora

Russian. В статье представлены результаты работы по созданию нового исходного материала картофеля (Solanum tuberosum), устойчивого к черной ножке (Erwinia carotovora), на основе диких видов и сложных межвидовых гибридов. Работа выполнялась в лаборатории исходного материала РУП ‘Научно-практический центр НАН Беларуси по картофелеводству и плодоовощеводству’ в 2011–2013 гг. Материалом для исследований служили сорта и межвидовые гибриды, полученные в лаборатории исходного материала и отделе селекции Центра, ВИРе, Украинском НИИ картофельного хозяйства, дикие виды, примитивный культурный вид S. phureja и культурный вид S. andigenum с высокой устойчивостью к черной ножке. Основными методами селекции являлись: внутривидовая и межвидовая гибридизация, многократный отбор гибридов в пределах гибридных популяций на естественном и искусственном инфекционных фонах. Выделено 7 образцов, рекомендованных в качестве исходных форм по устойчивости к возбудителям черной ножки. Гибриды 05/57-47, 05/45-43, 05/59-49, 06/311-26, 06/77-1, 07/21-1, 07/56-83, полученные на основе диких видов S. acaule, S. bulbocastanum, S. stoloniferum, S. pinnatisectum S. demissum, S. berthaultii, S. vernei, примитивно культурного вида S. phureja и культурного вида S. andigenum, рекомендуются в качестве исходных форм в селекции на устойчивость к черной ножке картофеля.

English. The research results on creation of new initial material of the potato (Solanum tuberosum) resistant to black stem (Erwinia carotovora) on the basis of wild kinds and difficult interspecific hybrids are presented in the article. The research was performed in the laboratory of the initial material of RUE ‘The Scientific and Practical Center of NAS of Belarus for Potato, Vegetable and Fruit Growing’ in 2011-2013. The material for the research were varieties and interspecific hybrids obtained from the raw material of the laboratory and the department of breeding of the Center, N.I. Vavilov Research Institute of Plant Industry , the Ukrainian Research Institute of Potato Growing, wild species, primitive cultural species of S. phureja and cultural species of S. andigenum with high resistance to black stem. The main selection methods are: intraspecific and interspecific hybridization, a multiple selection of hybrids within the hybrid populations in natural and artificial infectious backgrounds. In the research 7 samples are recommended as initial forms on stability to activators to black stem. Hybrids 05/57-47, 05/45-43, 05/59-49, 06/311-26, 06/77-1, 07/21-1, 07/56-83,, derived from wild species S. acaule, S. bulbocastanum, S. stoloniferum, S. pinnatisectum S. demissum, S. berthaultii, S. vernei, primitively cultural species S. phureja and cultural species S. andigenum, are recommended as initial forms in breeding for resistance to black stem of potatoes.
