Integrated exchange commodity market of agricultural products of the Eurasian Economic Union: principles, mechanisms and directions of formation

Russian. В статье изучены и обобщены основные положения государственного регулирования деятельности товарных бирж в странах Евразийского экономического союза. Обоснованы современные тенденции развития биржевой торговли в Беларуси как перспективного канала продвижения сельскохозяйственной продукции. Рассмотрены основные положения проекта рекомендаций Евразийской экономической комиссии по развитию биржевой торговли сельскохозяйственными товарами на территории интеграционного объединения. Предложен комплекс мероприятий по формированию интегрированного биржевого товарного рынка сельскохозяйственной продукции Евразийского экономического союза.

English. The paper studies and summarizes the main provisions of the state regulations of commodity exchanges in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The modern trends of stock trading development in Belarus as a promising channel of promotion of agricultural products are substantiated. Dynamics of the volumes of exchenge transactions concerned with section of agricultural production of Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange is analyzed. The volumes of export exchange turnover of agricultural production on Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange are evaluated. The most important characteristics of the activity of logistic centers of the Republic of Belarus during 2011-2013 are displayed. The main provisions of the draft recommendations of the Eurasian Economic Commission for the development of exchange trade in agricultural products on the territory of the integrated associations are analyzed. A set of measures to promote the integrated exchange commodity market of agricultural products of the Eurasian Economic Union is proposed.
