The influence of iron dextran medicines with different content on morphological and biochemical data in pigs’ blood

English. In the article the influence of iron dextran medicines made from the serum of pigs’ blood with different combinations of immune modulator, metal salts and vitamins on morphological and biochemical data in pigs’ blood has been described. In blood of pigs by which injected iron dextran preparations of different composition, the authentic increase of red blood cells quantity and hemoglobin level in all terms of research was marked. At piglets of all experimental groups the smooth increase of serum iron content is established. Based on results it has been stated by the authors that the most effective medicine is the one containing iron dextran reslurried by the 5% of Fe in serum of pigs’ blood, 10% PulSal, salts of Cu, Co and Se, vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP

В статье рассматривается влияние железодектрановых препаратов, приготовленных из сыворотки крови свиней с различной комбинацией иммуномодулятора, солей металлов и витаминов, на морфологические и биохимические показатели крови поросят. В крови поросят, которым инъецировали железодекстрановые препараты разного состава, отмечалось достоверное увеличение количества эритроцитов и уровня гемоглобина во все сроки исследования. У поросят всех опытных групп установлено плавное увеличение содержания сывороточного железа.По результатам проведенной работы авторами установлено, что наиболее эффективным является препарат, состоящий из железодекстрана, ресуспендированного до содержания 5% железа в сыворотке крови свиней, 10% ПулСала, солей меди, кобальта и селена, витаминов В1, В2, В6, РР
