Discriminant analysis in seeds of oil flax

In a course of a discriminant analysis there were studied the flowers and bolls of flax (Linum usitatissimum), assessed their structural variability, the analysis of the typicalness of the selected mother plants. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed the expediency of the use of discriminant analysis in seed flax as a criterion for selection of elite plants in the formation of the seed. As a result of the discriminant analysis it was proved that all the selected plants Ilim and Salute varieties matched the initial variety (a posteriori probability of 100%). In the variety Opus posteriori probability of compliance grade was 98%. Plant N6 of variety Opus will be removed from the forming seed party of breeding nursery.
Show more [+] Less [-]Russian. Использован дискриминантный анализ цветков и коробочек льна масличного, оценена их сортовая изменчивость, проведен анализ типичности отобранных материнских растений. Установлена целесообразность использования дискриминантного анализа в семеноводстве льна масличного в качестве критерия отбора элитных растений при формировании партии семян. В результате проведения дискриминантного анализа нами доказано, что все отобранные растения сортов Илим и Салют соответствуют исходному сорту (апостериорная вероятность составила 100%). У сорта Опус апостериорная вероятность соответствия сорту составила 98%. Растение N6 сорта Опус будет удалено из формирующейся партии семян питомника размножения.
