Economic efficiency of cultivation of white mustard depending on application of different combinations of micro-fertilizers and growth regulators

Russian. Горчица (Sinapis) - однолетнее растение, принадлежащее к семейству крестоцветных (Cruciferae). В культуре известны 3 вида горчицы: горчица белая (Sinapis alba L.), горчица сарептская (Brassica junceae Czeru) и горчица черная (BrassicanigraKoch). Встречается еще горчица полевая (Sinapis arvensis L.). Из перечисленных видов наиболее широкое распространение получили первые два вида. Горчица имеет большое народнохозяйственное значение, так как в семенах горчицы сизой содержится 34-47% (йодное число 92-119), а в семенах горчицы белой 25-39% масла (йодное число 92-122), в котором имеется постоянная потребность в различных отраслях промышленности (консервная, хлебопекарная и кондитерская, маргариновая, фармацевтическая, текстильная, мыловаренная и др.). Горчичное масло отличается высокими вкусовыми достоинствами. Кроме жирного масла, семена сизой и белой горчицы содержат эфирное масло (соответственно 0.5-1.7% и 0.1-1.1%), которое используется в парфюмерной промышленности. Переход сельского хозяйства к устойчивому развитию в рыночных условиях не может быть осуществлен без оптимизации всех влияющих на него факторов. Каждое предприятие стремится получить больше прибыли за счет увеличения производства продукции и повышения ее качества с меньшими затратами. Дополнительные вложения должны давать опережающий прирост денежных поступлений, иначе нет экономического смысла их производить. Каждый собственник стремится обеспечить себе стабильное положение в работе. Основным способом этого является рост производства высококачественной продукции с более низкой себестоимостью. Достичь этого можно в первую очередь за счет рационального использования химических и биологических средств увеличения продуктивности почвы и растений.

English. Mustard (Sinapis) is an annual plant belonging to the family of cruciferous (Cruciferae). Culture knows 3 types of mustard: white mustard (Sinapis alba L.), Sarepta mustard (Brassica junceae Czeru) and black mustard (Brassica nigra Koch). There is also wild mustard (Sinapis arvensis L.). Of these species, the most widespread types are the first two ones. Mustard is of great economic importance, as mustard seeds contain 34-47% of oil (iodine number 92-119) and white mustard seeds - 25-39% of oil (iodine number 92-122), wherein there is a continuing need in various industries (canning, bakery and confectionery, margarine, pharmaceutical, textile, soap, etc.). Mustard oil is characterized by high taste qualities. In addition to fatty oil, seeds of blue-gray and white mustard contain essential oil (0.5-1.7%, respectively, and 0.1-1.1%), which is used in the perfume industry. Transition of agriculture to sustainable development in market conditions cannot be achieved without the optimization of all factors affecting it. Every company strives to gain more profit due to increased production and higher quality at lower cost. Additional investments must give outpacing growth of remittances, otherwise there is no economic sense to do them. Every owner is committed to secure a stable position in the work. The main way here is the growth of production of high-quality products at a lower cost. This can be achieved primarily through rational use of chemical and biological means of increasing the productivity of the soil and plants.
