Growth energy of broiler chickens of the cross Ross-308 using different cellular equipment

Russian. В статье приводятся результаты исследований по использованию различного клеточного оборудования при выращивании цыплят-бройлеров. Использование оборудования марки AviMax sliding, Big Dutchman, (Германия) способствует повышению абсолютного и среднесуточного прироста цыплят на 6,1 и 6,8 % соответственно. Европейский индекс продуктивности бройлеров (EBI) выше в опытной группе на 47 ед. Сохранность цыплят-бройлеров в контрольном птичнике была ниже на 2,4 п. п. и составила 92,4, а в опытном – 94,8 %. Убойный выход выше в опытном птичнике на 1,9 п. п. Получено тушек 1 категории больше в опытном птичнике на 11,1 п. п., 2 категории меньше на 4 п. п. и нестандартных на 7,1 п. п. Выход мяса на 1 м2 площади птичника составил 56,4 кг в опытном и 55,2 кг в контрольном птичнике, что на 1,2 % ниже.

Use of equipment of brand of AviMax sliding, Big Dutchman, (Germany) instrumental in the increase of absolute and average daily increase of chickens on 6,1 and 6,8 % accordingly. European index of the productivity of broilers (EBI) was higher in an experimental group on 47 units. Safety of chickens-broilers in a control poultry house was below on 2,4 p. p. and 92,4 made, and in experimental 94,8 %. For slaughter output higher in an experimental poultry house on 1,9 p.p. It is got carcasses a 1 category anymore in an experimental poultry house on 11,1 p. p., 2 categories are less than on 4 p. p. and not standard on 7,1 p. p. The output of meat on 1ì2 areas of poultry house made 56,4 kg in experimental and 55,2 kg in a control poultry house, that on 1,2 % below.
