Effect of polarized low-intensity red spectrum laser radiation on the turkey-poults thymus morphology

В результате исследований установлено, что обработка зобной области шеи (тимуса) индюшат в суточном возрасте поляризованным низкоинтенсивным лазерным излучением красной области спектра способствует увеличению органометрических показателей тимуса, расширению коркового вещества долек, повышению плотности расположения лимфоцитов в нем, возрастанию удельного объема элементов паренхимы, что указывает на активизацию лимфопролиферативных процессов и в целом иммунной защиты индюшат. Исследования были проведены на 20 индюшатах 1-дневного возраста, подобранных по принципу аналогов и разделенных на 2 группы по 10 птиц в каждой. Индюшат 1-й (опытной) группы подвергали воздействию поляризованного лазерного излучения инфракрасной области спектра, время облучения 60 секунд, средняя мощность излучения составляла W = 50 +- 5 мВт. Обработку проводили однократно, в 1-дневном возрасте. Интактные индюшата 2 группы служили контролем. Во все сроки исследований проводили контрольное взвешивание подопытной птицы, определяли линейные размеры, абсолютную массу и индекс тимуса, бурсы Фабрициуса и селезенки.

As a result of studies found that treatment of goiter neck (thymus) of turkey chicks at day old by polarized low-intensity red spectrum laser radiation increases to the thymus organometric indicators, expansion of cortical lobes, improved lymphocytes arrangement density in it, increasing the specific volume of the parenchyma elements, that indicates the intensifying of lymphoproliferative processes and turkey-poults immune defense in general.Researchers have been spent on 20 turkey-poults at 1-day age, selected at analogues principle and divided into 2 groups on 10 birds in each. Turkey-poults in the 1st (skilled) group impacted by influence of the polarized red spectrum laser radiation, time of an irradiation is 60 seconds, average capacity of radiation was W = 50 +- 5 mWt. The treatment was spent once, at the age of 1 day. Intact turkey-poults in the 2 groups served as the control. During all the research periods, the control weighing of the test bird was carried out, the linear dimensions, the absolute mass and the index of the thymus, the bursa of Fabricius and the spleen were determined.
