Research into disc ploughshares for combined application of mineral fertilizers in cereals

The state program of sustainable development of rural areas for 2011-2015 provides for the implementation of resource-saving technological processes in agriculture and getting grain yields of up to 4.3 t/ha. One of the conditions to achieve the goal is to improve the working organs of sowing combined units. International experience of creation of combined machines for intra-soil application of the main dose of mineral fertilizers and sowing of cereals proposes to use separate working organs for the implementation of each operation. For example, combined drills of famous firms such as SKO, HANKMO, Wartsila, Valga-SKO and others have been tested on many testing ranges of the CIS countries. The same design was used for the development and commercial production of combined drill SZK-3.6 at Red Star plant in Kirovograd. However, the presence of separate working organs for the application of mineral fertilizers and sowing cereals made the design more complicated, increased weight, dimensions, did not allow strictly sustain agro-technical requirements to the distribution of mineral fertilizers in relation to rows of seeds. There are also combined openers, combining these operations in a single working organ, as, for example, made in the form of a symmetrical three-disc runner-type three-line, anchor- and disc-keeled working organs with the location of fertilizer- and seed hoses in the same or different planes. Each of these working organs has its own advantages and disadvantages. The data of research into experimental two-disc ploughshare with discs of different size for the application of mineral fertilizers during the sowing of cereals were presented. The emphasis is on balancing side reactions, non-symmetrical working organs of the opener, the definition of the most important design parameters depending on the speed and depth of movement, as all these indicators influence not only the performance of sowing machines and reduction of sowing terms, but also the yield of cultivated crops.

Государственной программой устойчивого развития села на 2011-2015 предусмотрено реализация ресурсосберегающих технологических процессов в земледелии и получение урожайности зерновых культур до 43 ц/га. Одним из условий для достижения цели является усовершенствование рабочих органов посевных комбинированных агрегатов. Мировой опытсоздания комбинированных машин для внутрипочвенного внесения основной дозы минеральных удобрений и посева зерновых культур предлагает использовать отдельные рабочие органы для осуществления каждой операции. Так, например, комбинированные сеялки известных фирм ЮКО, ХАНКМО, ВЯРТСИЛЯ, ВАЛГА-ЮКО и др. прошли испытания на многих машиноиспытательных станциях стран СНГ. По такой же схеме была разработана и серийно выпускалась ПО ‘Красная Звезда’, г. Кировоград (УР) комбинированная сеялка СЗК-3.6. Однако наличие отдельных рабочих органов для внесения минеральных удобрений и посева зерновых культур усложняла, увеличивала массу, габариты, не позволяла строго выдержать агротехнические требования распределения минеральных удобрений относительно рядков семян. Известны также комбинированные сошники, совмещающие эти операции в одном рабочем органе, как, например, выполненные в виде симметрично изготовленного трехдискового, полозовидного трехстрочного, анкерно-и дисково-килевидных рабочих органов с расположением туко- и семяпроводов в одной или разных плоскостях. Каждый из вышеперечисленных рабочих органов имеет свои преимущества и недостатки. Приведены данные исследований экспериментального двухдискового сошника с разновеликими дисками для внесения минеральных удобрений при посеве зерновых культур. Основное внимание уделено уравновешиванию боковых реакций, несимметричных рабочих органов данного сошника, определению важнейших конструктивных параметров в зависимости от скорости и глубины хода, так как от всех этих показателей зависит не только производительность посевных машин и сокращение сроков посевов, но и урожайность возделываемых культур.
