Russian. В статье рассматриваются исследования по заготовке зерносенажа из колосовых культур. Установлено, что у кормов, заготовленных из верхней части растений, достаточно высокий выход питательных веществ и энергии с единицы площади и высокая их концентрация в сухом веществе. Лучший период для заготовки зерносенажа – молочно-восковая фаза вегетации растений. В этот период в зерносенажной массе содержится оптимальное количество клетчатки и высокое содержание крахмала и сахара, что указывает на обеспеченность этого вида корма легкоусвояемой энергией и обеспечивает высокий выход этих веществ с единицы площади. Наилучшими показателями по выходу питательных веществ с единицы площади характеризуются озимые пшеница и тритикале.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. In article it is considered researches on grain silage making from cereals cultures. It is established that at the forages, prepared from an upper of plants, rather high yield of nutrients and energy per area unit, and its high concentration in dry matter. The best time for grain silage making is milk-wax stage of plant vegetation period. During this period in grain silage mass the optimal quantity of cellular tissue and the high content of starch and sugar containe that indicates the availability of this forage type of easily digestible feed energy and provides high yield of these substances per unit of area. Winter wheat and triticale characterize the best indexes on an exit of nutrients from a unit of area.
