Evaluation of heterosis effect manifestation at early stages of carp hybrids ontogeny

В статье рассматривается проявление эффекта гетерозиса на ранних этапах развития оплодотворенной икры, полученной при скрещивании белорусских пород и линий карпа с породами карпа зарубежной селекции. Материалом для получения межпородных кроссов являлись две породы белорусской селекции: лахвинский карп, включающий две отводки (чешуйчатый и зеркальный карп), изобелинский карп, включающий также две отводки (смесь зеркальная, столин XVIII), а также импортные породы – карпы породы фресинет, немецкий, югославский, сарбоянский карпы.Установлено проявление эффекта гетерозиса у двухпородных гибридов карпа на ранних этапах эмбрионального развития по размерно-весовым показателям оплодотворенной икры. В результате сравнительной оценки проявления эффекта гетерозиса методами определения интегрированных показателей (J) и индексов гетерозиса (ИГ, %) у двухпородных гибридов установлены комбинации, у которых оплодотворенная икра имеет относительно большую массу и диаметр. Результаты оценки оплодотворенной икры двумя методами совпадают, следовательно, оба эти метода можно в равной степени использовать при проведении сравнительной оценки проявления эффекта гетерозиса.

In article manifestation of heterosis effect at early stages of development of the impregnated caviar received when crossing the Belarusian breeds and lines of a carp with breeds of a carp of foreign selection is considered. The material for reception of interbreeds crosses were two breeds of the Belarus selection: Lakhvinsky carp, including two cuttings (scaly and mirror carp), Izobelinsky carp, including also two cuttings (mix mirror, stolin 18), and also imported breeds - carps of breed Fresinet, German, Yugoslavian, Sarboyansky carps.Manifestation of heterosis effect at two-pedigree hybrids of a carp at early stages of an embryonal development on dimensional and weight indicators of the impregnated caviar is established. As a result of the comparative evaluation of heterosis effect manifestation by the methods of definition of the integrated indicators (J) and heterosis indexes (IH, %) at two-breed hybrids it were established combinations at which the fertilized caviar has relatively largemass and diameter. The results of evaluation of fertilized caviar by two methods are the same, therefore, both of these methods can be equally used in the carrying out of comparative assessment of heterosis effect manifestations.
