Analysis of interaction of the working surface of loosening-mixing device of drier with the flax heap layer

English. In a course of the research there was studied interaction of the working surface of loosening-mixing device of drier with the flax heap layer. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed the necessity for mixing flax heap in the drying chamber of rotary dryer. It was conducted theoretical analysis of the interaction of the working surface of the ripper of rotary dryer with a layer of flax heap during final drying. It was obtained formulas for determining the length of the ripper and allowable value of the angle of slope of ripping surface. It was determined the maximum angle of inclination of the working surface, which did not lead to flax heap tumbling. Using the ripper with a valid variable angle of ripper surface from 15.5 to 68.0 degrees with a radius of kiln 2 and 3 m, respectively, prevented the unloading of the material, and it provided an effective mixing and decrease drying time by 13-17%.
Show more [+] Less [-]Russian. Приведено обоснование необходимости перемешивания льновороха в сушильной камере карусельной сушилки. Проведен теоретический анализ взаимодействия рабочей поверхности рыхлителя карусельной сушилки со слоем льновороха при досушивании. Получены формулы для определения длины рыхлителя и допустимого значения угла наклона рыхлящей поверхности. Определен максимальный угол наклона рабочей поверхности, при котором не происходит сгруживание льновороха. Использование рыхлителя с допустимым переменным углом рыхлящей поверхности от 15.5 до 68.0 градусов при радиусе сушильной камеры 2 и 3 м соответственно предотвращает сгруживание материала и обеспечивает эффективное его перемешивание и снижение времени сушки на 13-17%.
