Pathological changes in the immunity organs, gastrointestinal tract and thyroid calves at cryptosporidiosis

English. The results of immunomorphological studies of the thymus, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes, pathological changes in the ileum and structural-functional changes in the thyroid gland of calves infected Cryptosporidium were presented. In calves infected Cryptosporidium in the organs of immunogenesis revealed destructive changes reducing the number of immune cells in the spleen and absence of primary follicles in mesenteric lymph nodes, reducing the cortex layer of the thymus. Lamina propria of the mucosa of the ileum was infiltrated by lymphocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, eosinophils and plasma cells. The apical part of the villi was desquamated and microvilli atrophied. In thyroid follicles were examined areas merge after their breakup, thyroid epithelium had a flat shape height 4.99 +/- 0.31 m, that 21.9% (P less than 0.05) less than the height of intact calves. Brown Index was increased by 33.1%, reflecting the intensive accumulation of colloid and low body activity.

Представлены результаты иммуноморфологических исследований тимуса, селезенки, мезентериальных лимфоузлов, патоморфологические изменения в подвздошной кишке и структурно-функциональные изменения в щитовидной железе телят при криптоспоридиозе. При криптоспоридиозе у телят в органах иммуногенеза выявлены деструктивные изменения: разрежение иммунокомпетентных клеток в селезенке и отсутствие первичных фолликулов в брыжеечных лимфоузлах, уменьшение коркового плато тимуса. Собственная пластинка слизистой оболочки подвздошной кишки инфильтрована лимфоцитами, макрофагами, нейтрофилами, эозинофилами, а также плазматическими клетками. Апикальная часть ворсинок десквамирована, а микроворсинки атрофированы, в щитовидной железе просматривались участки слияния фолликулов после их разрыва, тиреоидный эпителий имел плоскую форму высотой 4.99 +/- 0.31 мкм, что 21.9% (Р менее 0.05) меньше высоты у интактных телят. индекс Брауна увеличен на 33.1 %, что свидетельствует об интенсивном накоплении коллоида и низкой активности органа.
