Morphofunctional characteristic of urinary systems at urate diathesis of hens

Renal morphometric parameters in clinically healthy birds testify fully functioning body able to fully ensure the functional administration of the body at this stage of postnatal ontogenesis. Results of sick bird kidney studies indicate deep structural changes that appear to increase the thickness of the capsule of the kidney (3.3 times), proliferation of connective tissue structures in the cortex and medulla, increase in renal cell sizes (1.45 times), as well as the cells forming all structural components of the nephron. On a large area was observed the signs of interstitial nephritis fibrotization. These sclerotic, alternative and exudative changes led to profound functional disorders, diseases and deaths of birds.

Представлены результаты морфометрических и гистологических показателей почек кур, больных мочекислым диатезом. Полученные в результате исследований данные свидетельствуют о глубоких структурных изменениях в почках кур, которые возникают в результате длительно протекающей подагры. Морфометрические показатели почек у клинически здоровых птиц свидетельствуют о полноценно функционирующем органе, способном в полной мере обеспечивать функциональное отправление организма на данном этапе постнатального онтогенеза. Результаты исследований почек больных птиц свидетельствуют о глубоких структурных изменениях, которые проявляются в увеличении толщины капсулы почки (в 3.3 раза), разрастании соединительнотканных структур в корковом и мозговом веществах, увеличении размеров почечных телец (в 1.45 раза), а также клеток, формирующих все структурные компоненты нефрона. На значительной площади участков наблюдался интерстициальный нефрит с явлениями фибротизации. Эти склеротические, альтернативные и экссудативные изменения привели к глубоким функциональным нарушениям, болезни и падежу птиц.
