Influence of biological natural components on the process of malting barley and biological properties of dermatophytes

English. In a course of the research there was studied the effect of the extract pupae of oak silkworm and extract brood bees to amylolytic and saccharifying activity of malt content of proanthocyanidins and catalase activity in barley (Hordeum vulgare) seedlings and the influence of culture media produced from the obtained in different ways malt growth and sporogenesis of fungi Trichophyton. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As the results of realized research it was revealed that the wort obtained using these biological stimulants was characterized by increased amylolytic (at 1.15-1.42 times) and saccharified (at 1.24-1.25 times) activities. Content in proanthocyanidins was increased in 1.52-1.68 times and 1.75 times respectively, and the activity of catalase was increased in 2.5-3.0 times. To optimize growth and sporogenesis of fungi of the genus Trichophyton in the manufacture of biological products it was more technologically to prepare culture media from malt, which obtained using EPOS and EBB.

В ходе проведенных исследований осуществлена работа по изучению влияния экстракта куколки дубового шелкопряда и экстракта расплода пчел на амилолитическую и осахаривающую активность солода, содержание проантоцианидинов и активность каталазы в проростках ячменя и влияние питательных сред, изготовленных из полученного разными способами солода, на рост и спорогенез грибов рода трихофитон. По результатам проведенной работы установлено, что солод, полученный с использованием данных биологических стимуляторов, характеризуется повышенной амилолитической (в 1.15-1.42 раза) и осахаривающей (в 1.24-1.25 раза) активностью. Содержание проантоцианидинов увеличилось в 1.52-1.68 раза и 1.75 раза соответственно, а активность каталазы - в 2,5-3,0 раза. Для оптимизации роста и спорогенеза грибов рода трихофитон при изготовлении биопрепаратов питательные среды технологичнее готовить из солода, полученного с использованием ЭКДШ и ЭРД.
