Influence of the natural components on the productivity of dermatophytes on wort agar

Russian. Цель работы - оптимизировать продуктивность дерматофитов по мицеле- и спорогенезу путем включения в состав сусло-агара некоторых продуктов животного происхождения и природных компонентов. В ходе проведенных исследований осуществлена работа по изучению влияния на рост и спорогенез дерматофитов разных объемов содержимого куриного яйца, сухого молока, препаратов Бионорм Б и Бионорм В. По результатам проведенной работы установлено, что при оптимальном содержании в сусло- агаре (2.5%) содержимого куриного яйца у всех изученных штаммов гриба трихофитон мицеле- и спорообразование повышались соответственно на 58,0-60.0% и 83.8-86.1%. Наиболее высокая продуктивность по мицеле- и спорообразованию у всех исследуемых видов гриба трихофитон была установлена на сусло-агаре, содержащем 1.0% бионорма Б, 5.0—8.0% бионорма В и до 1.0% сухого молока.

In a course of the research there was revealed an opportunity to optimize productivity by dermatophytes micelles and sporogenesis by adding some natural ingredients in the composition of the wort - agar. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In the course of the research work the effect on the growth of dermatophytes and sporogenesis of different concentrations of the egg, milk powder of different concentrations of the drug Bionorm В and Bionorm V has been carried out. According to the results of the work it has been established that the optimal content of the wort - agar (2.5%) of the components of chicken eggs in all studied strains of the fungus Trichophyton , and sporulation of the mycelium rose respectively by 58.0-60.0% and 83.8-86.1%. The highest productivity by mycelium and spore formation in all species studied fungus Trichophyton was seen on wort agar containing 1.0% Bionorm B, Bionorm V 5.0—8.0%, and up to 1.0% milk solids.
