The influence of plant extracts on the originators aeromonoses and pseudomonoses of fishes

English. There is available the experimental data on the impact produced by the extracts of some higher plants on livability of the excitants of fish bacterial diseases (bacteria рр. Aeromonas and Pseudomonas), studied in vitro and in vivo. Data are given about pathogenicity of strain of bacteria for carp yearling. It is shown that the most virulence have strains of bacteria Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Aeromonas hydrophila. And, strains such as Aeromonas hydrophila (gr. 1), Aeromonas hydrophila (gr. 2) were pathogenicity. Each of them was the cause of death 30% experimental fish for a month. It is dealt with influence of estrogenic plant extract on agar culture and bacteria р. Aeromonas and Pseudomonas.
Show more [+] Less [-]Russian. Приведены экспериментальные данные о влиянии экстрактов ряда высших растений на жизнеспособность возбудителей бактериальных болезней рыб (бактерий рр. Aeromonas и Pseudomonas), изученном in vitro и in vivo. Приведены данные о патогенности для годовиков карпа бактериальных штаммов. Показано, что наибольшей вирулентностью отличались штаммы бактерий: Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Aeromonas hydrophila. Определенной патогенностью обладали также штаммы аэромонад Aeromonas hydrophila (гр. 1) и Aeromonas hydrophila (гр. 2). Каждый из них вызывал гибель 30% подопытных рыб в течение месяца. Проведена первичная проверка наличия антагонистической активности у 32 видов растений к возбудителям болезней рыб. Рассматривается влияние растительных экстрактов на агаровую культуру аэромонад, а также на бактерии р. Aeromonas и Pseudomonas.
