Существующие мировые тенденции в энергетическом секторе предопределяют необходимость реформирования существующей в Республике Беларусь вертикально интегрированной модели энергетического комплекса. Дана оценка действующему механизму ценообразования на энергоресурсы, на основании анализа мирового опыта разработана структура внутреннего энергетического рынка республики, определены его участники и их функции. Проведенные исследования ценообразования на энергоресурсы в Республики Беларусь позволили определить основные недостатки действующего механизма в данной отрасли. Основываясь на полученных результатах и анализе зарубежного опыта в сфере ценообразования в энергетической отрасли, была разработана структура внутреннего энергетического рынка, учитывающая сильные стороны существующих национальных энергетических рынков различных стран и адаптированная к условиям экономического развития Республики Беларусь. Создание энергетического рынка в республике позволит усовершенствовать механизм формирования цен на энергоресурсы, что поспособствует повышению конкурентоспособности производимой продукции отечественными субъектами хозяйствования как внутри страны, так и на мировых рынках за счет снижения энергозатрат.

The conducted studies of energy pricing in the Republic of Belarus made it possible to identify the main shortcomings of the current mechanism in this sector. Based on the results and analysis of foreign experience in the field of pricing in the energy sector, the structure of the internal energy market was developed, taking into account the strengths of the existing national energy markets of different countries and adapted to the conditions of economic development of the Republic of Belarus. The creation of an energy market in the republic will allow improving the mechanism for the formation of prices for energy resources, which will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of manufactured products by domestic business entities both domestically and on world markets by decreasing of energy costs.
