Analysis of competitiveness of baking industry organizations

Russian. Рассмотрены подходы к улучшению конкурентоспособности организаций хлебопекарной промышленности. Выполнен анализ каналов и структуры реализации хлебобулочной и кондитерской продукции на рынке. Предложенная стратегия развития организации направлена на повышение эффективности производства и сбыта продукции. Переход к рыночной экономике стимулировал развитие инициативы организаций пищевой промышленности по поиску методов продвижения своей продукции на товарных рынках, модернизации производства, внедрению современных технологий и оборудования, поиску средств на создание новых производственных мощностей. Проведение таких мер обусловлено усилением конкуренции на рынке хлебобулочных и кондитерских изделий. Данные обстоятельства предопределяют выработку предприятием соответствующей маркетинговой политики. Стратегия маркетинговой политики будет направлена на сохранение созданного имиджа предприятия, способствующего продвижению продукции на рынке. Проведенные исследования показали, что основными направлениями повышения конкурентоспособности организации являются: сохранение и укрепление имеющихся позиций на рынке Могилевской области, расширение и поиск новых рынков сбыта в других регионах Республики Беларусь и за рубежом, а также разработка предложений по расширению и обновлению продукции в условиях инновационного развития экономики.

English. In a course of the research there were studied approaches to improving the competitiveness of baking industry organizations. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were analyzed channels and structure of realization of bakery’ and confectionery products on the market. The proposed strategy of organization development is aimed at improving the efficiency of production and marketing. The transition to a market economy stimulated the development of initiatives by food industry organizations to find ways to promote their products on commodity markets, modernize production, introduce modern technologies and equipment, and seek funds to create new production capacities. The implementation of such measures is due to increased competition in the bakery and confectionery market. These circumstances predetermine the development of an appropriate marketing policy by the enterprise. The strategy of marketing policy will be aimed at preserving the created image of the enterprise, which promotes the promotion of products on the market. The realized research showed that the main directions of increasing the competitiveness of the organization are: maintaining and strengthening existing positions in the market of the Mogilev region, expanding and searching for new sales markets in other regions of the Republic of Belarus and abroad, and developing proposals for expanding and updating products in the conditions of innovative development of economy.
