Проведен анализ бизнес-процессов Отдела реализации распределительного центра товаров АПК и их регламентация, а также определена управленческая проблема для рассматриваемого структурного подразделения. Предложено для оценки труда сотрудников отдела проводить расчет размера их персонального вознаграждения на основе интегральной оценки трудовой деятельности каждого. Таким образом, регламентация процесса поиска новых клиентов с целью роста объемов продаж продукции конечным потребителям и использование интегрального показателя оценки эффективности труда сотрудников распределительного центра для совершенствования оплаты их труда может быть действенным механизмом повышения эффективности реализации продукции АПК.

In a course of the research there were analyzed the business processes of the Department of realization of distribution center of agroindustrial complex goods and their regulation, as well as determined managerial issue for the considered structural unit. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was suggested calculating the size of personal remuneration of the department staff on the basis of integrated assessment of each employee’s work. Thus, the regulation of the process of finding new customers for the purpose of increasing the volume of sales of products to end users and using the integral indicator of the evaluation of the efficiency of the employees of the distribution center to improve their remuneration can be an effective mechanism for increasing the efficiency of agricultural products sales.
