Formation of optimal radius of raw material supply in sugar industry

English. In a course of the research there was studied radius of raw material supply in sugar industry. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that effective functioning of beet sugar (Beta vulgaris) subcomplex is impossible without the restoration and development of its production capacity. This requires close interaction of all companies included in its structure, which will reduce expenses of all kinds from production and processing to recycling. This can be achieved by the transition to an innovative path of development of beet sugar subcomplex, maximizing the use of research developments of domestic and foreign science. It is also necessary to establish the violation of the principle of balanced development of the resource base and sugar industry. In a number of sugar beet growing regions of the country, the existing structure of raw material zones is characterized by a low concentration of sugar beet crops, which leads to large radii of delivery of root crops for processing and large losses of beet mass and significant costs for transportation.

При этом необходимо тесное взаимодействие всех предприятий, входящих в его структуру, что позволит сократить все виды ресурсозатрат от производства и переработки до утилизации отходов. Достичь этого можно при условии перехода на инновационный путь развития свеклосахарного подкомплекса, максимальном применении научно-технических разработок отечественной и зарубежной науки. Также приходится констатировать нарушение принципа сбалансированного развития сырьевой базы и сахарной промышленности. В ряде свеклосеющих регионов страны существующая структура сырьевых зон характеризуется низкой концентрацией посевов сахарной свеклы (Beta vulgaris), что обуславливает большие радиусы доставки корнеплодов на переработку, приводит к большим потерям свекломассы и значительным затратам на транспортировку.
