Evaluation of economic efficiency of formation of agro-pharmaceutical cluster of the Republic of Belarus

English. In a course of the research there was studied and presented calculation of economic efficiency of the formation of agro-pharmaceutical cluster in the Republic of Belarus. The model of optimal distribution of income between the industrial cluster members was calculated. This model is based on maximizing the functionality that takes into account the total income from all possible combinations of funds distribution, as well as the average cost of capital. As a result of realized research there was showed the relevance of the use of simulation modeling, the criterion of optimality in this case was defined as net profit. In the course of the calculations the optimal production volumes of the LRS, as well as its distribution in the direction of processing and sales, were obtained. In addition, the creation of the cluster solves the problems of not only increasing of the stability of individual enterprises in the whole of the country, but also decreasing of dependence on imports and gaining strong positions in the international market. The developed methodology provides the possibility of calculating of the economic-mathematical model of the agro-pharmaceutical cluster on the LRS market in the Republic of Belarus. In addition, this technique, based on the use of simulation and with a high degree of accuracy reproducing the functioning of the object of observation, makes it possible to obtain the predicted values of the synergistic effect in integration transactions.

Russian. Приведен расчет экономической эффективности формирования агрофармацевтического мастера Республики Беларусь. Выполнен расчет модели оптимального распределения дохода между участниками промышленного кластера. Данная модель базируется на максимизации функционала, учитывающего суммарную прибыль от всех возможных комбинаций распределения финансовых средств, а также средневзвешенную стоимость капитала. Таким образом, изучение общеизвестных методов исследования показало актуальность использования имитационного моделирования, критерий оптимальности в данном случае был определен как чистая прибыль. В ходе расчетов получены оптимальные объемы производства ЛРС, а также его распределения по направлению переработки и реализации. Кроме того, созданием кластера решаются задачи не только повышения стабильности отдельных предприятий в целом по республике, но также снижения зависимости от импорта и завоевания прочных позиций на международном рынке. Разработанная методика обеспечивает возможность расчета экономико-математической модели агрофармацевтического кластера на рынке ЛРС Республики Беларусь. Кроме того, данная методика, основывающаяся на использовании имитационного моделирования и с высокой степенью точности воспроизводящая функционирование объекта наблюдения, позволяет получить прогнозные значения синергетического эффекта в интеграционных сделках.
