Empirical diagnosis of modern functional problems of management of cost of potential of AIC organization

In a course of the research there were presented analytical, empirical and expert research into modern functional problems of management of cost of potential of AIC organization and provided the tools of their account based on identification and quantitative parameters of direction of fundamental investment objectives (payback, liquidity and investment capitalization) in real business that helps to perform adequate correction of management decisions to achieve optimal positive marginal values of profitability, liquidity and stability of the economic activities of enterprises. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was recommended functional approach to managing the cost of potential of AIC organizations, which assumes concentration of enterprise management not on the current changes in the value of production volumes and profits in the first place, but on long-term functional balance of enterprise value, cash flow and profitability of its economic activity. Приведены аналитические, эмпирические и экспертные исследования современных функциональных проблем управления стоимостью потенциала организации АПК и обоснован инструментарии их учета на основе идентификации и количественных метрик направленности фундаментальных инвестиционных целей (окупаемости, ликвидности и капитализации инвестиций) в реальном бизнесе, который позволяет выполнять адекватную коррекцию управленческих решений с целью достижения позитивных оптимальных предельных значений рентабельности, ликвидности и стабильности экономической деятельности предприятий. Рекомендован функциональный подход к управлению стоимостью потенциала организаций АПК предполагающий концентрацию менеджмента предприятия в первую очередь не на текущих изменениях величины объемов производства продукции и прибыли, а на долгосрочной функциональной сбалансированности стоимости предприятия, денежных потоков и прибыльности его экономической деятельности. Действительная рыночная стоимость компании является важным системообразующим индикатором оценки всеми участниками бизнеса (инвесторами, руководителями, специалистами и технологическими работниками организаций, представителями государственных органов и предприятий-партнеров и др.) конкурентоспособности деятельности предприятия. Поэтому она позволяет адекватно отражать качество менеджмента, исходя из идентификации и количественных метрик направленности фундаментальных инвестиционных их целей (окупаемости, ликвидности и капитализации инвестиций) в реальном бизнесе.
