Russian. Рассматриваются концептуальные особенности формирования ресурсного потенциала в условиях становления постиндустриального типа экономики. Обосновывается смена векторов экономического развития, отражающаяся в снижении роли традиционных факторов производства (земли, труда в классическом понимании, капитала) и увеличении значения интеллектуального капитала и информации. Выявлены особенности постиндустриальной экономики. Рассмотрены новые подходы к качественным характеристикам современного работника. Указывается на особую роль информации как значимого экономического ресурса. Установлено, что самым главным ресурсом постиндустриальной экономики, ее стержнем, является не традиционный капитал в виде зданий, оборудования, денег, как в индустриальной эпохе, а человек, обладающий актуальными знаниями и информацией - носитель интеллектуального капитала.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. In a course of the research there were studied conceptual features of formation of resource potential in the conditions of postindustrial economy. There was based a change in the vectors of economic development, reflected in the reduction of the role of traditional factors of production (land, labor in the classic sense, and capital) and in the increased importance of intellectual capital and information. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed the features of post-industrial economy, examined new approaches to qualitative characteristics of the modem worker. The special role of the media as a significant economic resource was indicated. It was established that the most important resource of the postindustrial economy, its core, is not traditional capital in the form of buildings, equipment, or money, as in the industrial era, but a person with relevant knowledge and information is the bearer of intellectual capital.
