Rapeseed cultivation efficiency improvement in the Republic of Belarus

In a course of the research there was analyzed the current state of production of rape seeds, identified the major organizational and economic and technological factors and the potential for increasing the production of tape oilseeds in the Republic of Belarus, based regulatory parameters of cultivation of this crop. .Application of research materials will help to develop a set of measures to increase the efficiency of oilseed rape subcomplex, reduce energy, material and labor intensity of tape oilseeds production, and thus improve the efficiency and competitiveness of agro-industrial products in general and, of course, some enterprises in the domestic and global markets. In the course of studies on the aggregate of farms in the dynamics for 2013-2015 a clear interrelation of the underlying factors (concentration of crops, fertility of the land, increase in yield, decrease in production costs, intensification) on the effectiveness of rape cultivation was revealed. So, the growth of these factors leads to a significant increase in the effectiveness of rape cultivation. The thresholds of break-even, simple and extended production are justified. With the help of correlation-regression analysis, the basic factors of crop capacity increase were revealed both in the whole in the republic and in the context of oblasts, as well as in the aggregate of organizations with different levels of productivity.

Проанализировано современное состояние производства семян рапса, выявлены основные организационно-экономические и технологические факторы и резервы увеличения производства маслосемян рапса в республике, обоснованы нормативные параметры возделывания данной культуры. Применение материалов исследования позволит выработать комплекс мер по повышению эффективности масло-рапсового подкомплекса, снизить энерго-, материало- и трудоемкость производства маслосемян рапса, и тем самым повысить эффективность и конкурентоспособность продукции агропромышленной отрасли в целом и, естественно, отдельных предприятии на отечественном и мировом рынках. В ходе проведенных исследований по совокупности хозяйств в динамике за 2013-2015 гг. выявлена четкая взаимосвязь основополагающих факторов (концентрация посевов, плодородие земли, рост урожайности, снижение себестоимости, наращивание интенсификации) на эффективность возделывания рапса. Так, наращивание данных факторов приводит к значительному приросту эффективности возделывания рапса. Обоснованы пороги безубыточного, простого и расширенного производства. С помощью корреляционно-регрессионного анализа выявлены основополагающие факторы наращивания урожайности как в целом по республике, так и в разрезе областей, а также по совокупности организаций с различным уровнем продуктивности.
