Dairy produce market features in the Republic of Belarus

Russian. Молочная промышленность является одной из ведущих социально значимых отраслей пищевой промышленности. Молоко и молочные продукты - важная часть рациона питания населения, в связи с этим в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь особое значение имеет рост их производства и потребления. Рынок молочной продукции является важным звеном в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности страны и является одним из приоритетных направлений развития белорусской экономики. Проанализирована динамика среднегодового удоя коров и произведено соотношение его с производствам молока. Представлено производство молочной продукции за 2010-2014 гг., выявлены основные негативные факторы, влияющие на развитие рынка молочной продукции, а также выделены факторы внешней и внутренней среды, оказывающие существенное влияние на конкурентоспособность молочной продукции. Производство молочной продукции в Республике Беларусь увеличивается с каждым годом, однако потребление продукции находится на довольно низком уровне, всего 62.8% от медицинской нормы. Значительная часть продукции экспортируется, в 2014 г. экспорт составил - 3590.3 тыс. тонн, около 94 % экспорта молочной продукции приходится на РФ. Экспортоориентированность отрасли является благоприятной предпосылкой для наращивания объемов производства и реализации продукции. За год торгового эмбарго ЕС по отношению к РФ экспорт масла в РФ увеличился на 54%, сыров - 44%, СОМ - 46%, сыворотки и сметаны - 24%, сгущенного молока - 15%, творога - 13% и цельномолочной продукции - на 4%.

English. Dairy industry is one of the leading socially significant sectors of food industry. Milk and dairy products are an important part of the national diet. In this regard their production and consumption is of particular importance for the food security of the Republic of Belarus. The market of dairy products is an important link in ensuring food security of the country and is one of the priority directions of development of the Belarusian economy. In a course of the research there was studied the dynamics of the average annual milk yield of cows and shows its relationship with the production of milk. There was presented production of milk products for the 2010-2014 period, established the main negative factors affecting the development of the dairy market, and highlighted factors of external and internal environment, which have a significant impact on the competitiveness of dairy products. The production of dairy products in the Republic of Belarus is increasing every year. However, the consumption of products is at a rather low level, only 62.8% of the medical standard. A significant part of the production is exported, in 2014 exports amounted to 3590.3 thousand tons, about 94% of the export of dairy products falls on the Russian Federation. The export-oriented nature of the industry is a favorable prerequisite for increasing production volumes and selling products. During the year of trade embargo of the EU in relation to the Russian Federation, the export of oil in Russia increased by 54%, cheese - 44%, CAT - 46%, SOM - 46%, whey and sour cream - 24%, condensed milk - 15%, cottage cheese - 13% and whole milk products - 4%.
