Methods of assessment of risks of combined branch income of plant-growing on the basis of zoning

Russian. Методика оценки зон риска совокупного отраслевого дохода для отрасли растениеводства является элементом формирования механизма реализации риск-стратегии в тесной системе управления рисками, которая позволяет наиболее эффективно пройти зоны безного риска и не избегать условного (рационального) риска, а также установить управляемость риск-ситуациями в границах изменения их устойчивости. Исследования проводились в условиях Республики Беларусь. В результате проведенных исследований было выявлено, что в управлении риск-ситуациями зонирование индикативных показателей - прибыли или совокупного отраслевого дохода позволяет проводить анализ возможных изменении зон и у словного риска с учетом отраслевых особенностей, установить влияние риск-факторов на изменение риск-ситуации в диапазоне изменения зон риска, контролировать уровень создания стоимости продукции и вырабатывать возможные корректирующие действий по соответствующим типам стратегии.

English. In a course of the research there was studied method of assessing risk zones of the total branch income from crop growing. The research was realized in the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that method of assessing risk zones of the total branch income from crop growing is an element of formation of a mechanism for implementing the risk strategy in a comprehensive risk management system, which allows the most efficient passing through areas of absolute risk and not avoiding conditional (rational) risk, and establishing risk situations control within the limits of change in their stability. In the management of risk situations, the zoning of indicative indicators - profit or total industry income - allows analysis of possible changes in zones and in word risk, taking into account industry specific features, determining the influence of risk factors on the change in the risk situation in the range of changes in risk zones, and to develop possible corrective actions for the respective types of strategy.
