Methodical approaches tо the organization of mutual settlements in franchising relations

English. In a course of the research there was studied a methodology for the establishment of a lump-sum payment of royalties and advertising fees when organizing franchise. The research was realized in the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that establishing of the amount of payments depends on the interests of each franchise system individually, so the proposed methodology should promote understanding of the franchisor’s costs that have to be compensated through the establishment of payment. The developed methodological recommendations for the organization of mutual settlements between participants in franchising relationships have a direct scientific novelty. Their merit lies in the feasibility of justifying the amount of payments for franchising relationships, as well as the merit of the methodology for establishing mutual settlements in franchising relationships, which must be its fairness, accessibility and comprehensibility of payment calculation for participants in the franchise system.

Russian. Представлена методология установления паушального платежа, роялти и рекламных сборов при организации франчайзинга. Установление размеров платежей зависит от интересов каждой франчайзинговой системы в отдельности, поэтому предложенная методология должна содействовать пониманию затрат франчайзера, которые должны быть компенсированы посредством установления платежей. Разработанные методические рекомендации организации взаиморасчетов между участниками франчайзинговых отношений обладают прямой научной новизной. Достоинство их заключается в возможности обоснования размеров платежей при фрачайзинговых отношениях, а также достоинством методики для установления взаиморасчетов при франчайзинговых отношениях должны стать ее справедливость, доступность и понятность расчета платежей для участников франчайзинговой системы.
